We are shipping AI features since way before the age of LLMs and over the past years built up a team of exceptional AI Engineers (with strong research backgrounds in NLP, Speech and CV). Now we are ready to go the next step and build up an independent unit that will own and develop AI features and products end to end. Pretty much like a startup within a scaleup. For this we are looking for a stellar (Senior) Full-Stack Engineer (m,f,d) who wants to build AI powered products that bring real value and users love.

• Productionize AI Systems: You will develop not only individual features and modules but also entire microservices from the ground up, working with the latest AI technologies. Your ability to integrate both in-house and third-party AI models into scalable, robust services will be central to your role.
• Creative Freedom: You will have the freedom to propose and implement your ideas, collaborating with the team to define the architecture, select technologies, and shape development processes. Your vision will directly influence the technical direction of the product, ensuring its long-term success.
• End-to-End Ownership: Your responsibilities will span the full development lifecycle, from creating minimum viable products (MVPs) and pilot systems to deploying and maintaining large-scale production systems. These systems will process thousands of calls daily, requiring a focus on both performance and reliability.
• Solve Real Problems: You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including product managers, AI specialists, and other engineering teams. Your ability to translate business needs into technical solutions will be critical in ensuring successful outcomes across a wide range of projects.

Your skillset

• Full Stack Experience : You have several years of experience writing production backend code in Python or Typescript and frontend code in TypeScript . You have experience working with frameworks in the frontend ( e.g. React, React Router 7+, Vue etc. ) and backend ( FastAPI, Django, Node etc. ) but are not dependent on them. We mostly use Python 3.11 and React router 7 with Typescript with type hints, and pre-commit hooks to ensure consistency.
• Clean Code : You write clean, well-documented and easy to understand code but know when to be pragmatic to ship features efficiently.
• Tooling : You're skilled with Docker and proficient in working with git and CI/CD pipelines. Ideally you know your way around Linux systems, ensuring reliable development and deployment.
• Ownership & Monitoring : You embrace a “you build it you run it” attitude and make sure the systems that you develop are properly monitored (Prometheus and Grafana are no strangers to you).
• Fast Paced Development : You thrive in a fast-paced environment, turning high-level requirements into actionable tasks, and you actively collaborate with colleagues across departments
