Working Student Marketing (f/m/d)

The role:

We are seeking a motivated Working Student Marketing to support our marketing operations and customer relationship management activities. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing team and key stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign creation, execution, high data quality, and the successful implementation of CRM-related initiatives. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in marketing operations within an international medical device company.

Your main responsibilities:

• Support lead handling processes, including data uploads, list management, and segmentation across campaign tools and CRM systems

• Assist in preparing marketing materials and campaign assets for execution (e.g. presentations, content uploads, coordination of assets)

• Conduct quality checks and help maintain high consumer and customer data accuracy

• Support the ongoing CRM implementation project, including testing, documentation, and data preparation

• Assist with reporting and basic analysis related to campaigns and CRM activities

• Provide support for additional marketing or business-related projects as needed

Your Profile:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field

• First experience or strong interest in marketing operations, CRM systems, or data-driven marketing is a plus

• Comfortable working with data and MS Excel; you are detail-oriented and structured

• Interest in CRM tools, campaign management systems, and digital marketing processes

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably German

• You are reliable, eager to learn, and enjoy working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
