SaaS & AI Sales Manager - Germany

This role offers a decisive position in building and expanding sales operations with a strong marketing team, well-maintained contact database, and steady inbound lead flow support. You'll combine structured inbound follow-up with active outbound sales while working closely with CEO, marketing, product, and sales teams to shape processes and elevate sales to the next level.
You'll have space for autonomy to make quick decisions and achieve visible success in this modern workplace technology environment, focusing on digital document management (DMS) and enterprise content management (ECM) solutions.
What you will do as a SaaS & AI Sales Manager...
Full Sales Cycle Ownership : Manage complete sales process from lead contact through qualification to closing conversations
Active Lead Management : Proactively follow up and reactivate marketing leads to maximize conversion opportunities
Outbound Sales Development : Build and maintain an effective outbound sales machine for new business generation
CRM Optimization : Utilize and structure CRM system (Weclapp) for systematic follow-up and pipeline management
Opportunity Prioritization : Efficiently prioritize opportunities and distinguish between deals for optimal resource allocation
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company strategy
Customer Engagement : Maintain presence at customer meetings, including on-site visits, particularly with larger enterprise clients
What we are looking for…
Language Skills : Fluent German and English proficiency in both written and spoken communication
B2B Sales Experience : Multiple years of B2B sales experience, ideally in software/SaaS sector, preferably with digital document management (DMS) and enterprise content management (ECM) sales background
Proven Sales Success : Demonstrable success in closing deals and full-cycle sales, preferably with short sales cycles and mid-market customers
Strong Sales Skills : Excellent conversation leadership and structured qualification techniques (e.g., SPIN, CHAMP methodologies)
Hunter Mindset : Proactive outbound mindset with disciplined and consistent approach to business development
Travel Readiness : Willingness to conduct customer visits and attend on-site meetings when required
Preferred Experience : Sales experience with cloud-based and/or on-premise licensing models
