Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through live chat, email, and phone.
• Handle inquiries related to gaming accounts, bonuses, and technical issues effectively.
• Ensure all customer issues are resolved in a timely manner, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Stay informed about product offerings and gaming industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the iGaming sector.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and support tools is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and adapt to new cultural experiences.
