Warehouse Employee Document Management (f/m/x)

We are looking for you to join our team as a Warehouse Employee with a focus on Document Management (f/m/x). In our Operations Department, we ensure smooth processes by combining operational thinking with strategic skill. Together with your colleagues from our Document Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth document management—from receipt, storage, to dispatch. With your support, you will play a significant role in accompanying AUTO1 on its journey to becoming Europe’s largest used car platform.

We revolutionize the used car market with our well-known brands Autohero, wirkaufendeinauto.de and AUTO1.com.

Job Description

• Incoming document deliveries: You check for completeness, authenticity, and accuracy.
• Archiving: You file documents according to our specifications and keep the inventory up to date.
• Storage and sorting of documents: You ensure that all documents are safely stored, perform ongoing inventory checks, stocktaking, and digital recording in the system.
• Order picking: You compile document sets for internal departments, dealers, and partners.
• Shipping preparation: You package the documents, hand them over to shipping providers, and check the shipping documents.
• Support with replacement documents: You assist in issuing replacement documents for lost papers in cooperation with our partners.
• Process control: You monitor delivery times, spot delays, and initiate measures.
• Optimization of warehouse and shipping processes: You actively contribute to the improvement of our workflows.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Practical experience in warehouse, shipping, or order picking is an advantage
• You work with care and precision and can meet deadlines
• You enjoy working in a team and possess a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• Team spirit and hands-on mentality distinguish you
• Confident handling of Google Workspace is an advantage but not a must
• German B2 is mandatory
