Tasks

• Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions to address logistics industry challenges, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency through AI-driven innovations.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications and robust system architectures.
• Lead the development and deployment of AI agents aimed at automating repetitive tasks, improving visibility, and optimizing operational margins within logistics workflows.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of software applications to ensure high-quality deliverables, while continuously identifying and addressing areas for performance improvement and optimization.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and learning, and contributing to the establishment of best practices within the engineering team.

Requirements

• Mandatory : Proven experience in leading a project that utilized Self-Improving Agentic flows, with a verifiable reference for confirmation. ( Candidates without this experience will not be considered )
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, preferably within the logistics or technology sectors.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to address complex technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
