Working Student - Risk Management

‍‍ About the Role

Only four years after entering the market, Mondu is one of Europe’s leading B2B payments providers. Now live across 30+ markets, trusted by ambitious companies, and operating with an EMI license, we’re expanding our commercial footprint in Europe and beyond.

To support our Risk Management efforts, we are now looking for a hands-on working student. In this role, you will be responsible for processing insurance claims and managing collections cases through manual filing and documentation procedures.

What You’ll Do

• Manually file insurance claims and collections cases with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collect and organize required evidence and documentation for claims processing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and support teams to gather necessary documents.
• Maintain organized records of all claims-related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.

What You Need to Succeed

• Actively enrolled at a university or college in Berlin.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, some SQL experience strongly preferred.
