Influencer Marketing Manager

About The Role:

We’re looking for a Junior Influencer Marketing Manager to help grow and scale our influencer marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has some experience working with e-commerce brands and a track record of recruiting and managing influencers to drive brand awareness and sales.

How You Make an Impact:

• Identify, recruit, and manage influencers across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to support growth objectives.

• Negotiate partnerships, track performance, and optimize campaigns based on data.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align influencer content with brand messaging.

• Stay up to date with influencer trends and emerging platforms to enhance our strategy.

What you bring:

• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing , preferably in an e-commerce environment.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.

• Experience with influencer outreach, negotiation, and campaign execution.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on campaign performance.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
