Senior Country Marketing Manager - DACH

As the Senior Country Marketing Manager for the DACH region, you will own the development and execution of localized, data-driven marketing strategies that directly fuel growth, elevate performance, and strengthen our market presence. In this high-impact role, you will drive paid media excellence, optimize channel performance, and lead cross-functional initiatives that connect marketing execution to measurable business outcomes. What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute localized marketing strategies aligned with national objectives to drive traffic, conversions, and growth.

• Manage and optimize paid performance campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and additional platforms to improve ROI and ROAS.

• Oversee content creation and performance across all digital channels, including web, email, and social media.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and cross-functional specialists to support product launches, promotions, and lead-generation initiatives.

• Analyze campaign data, report on KPIs, and implement continuous improvements to maximize marketing efficiency and business impact.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, influencers) with strong ROI/ROAS ownership.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional marketing initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

• Strong analytical skills with expertise in evaluating conversion metrics and optimizing multichannel performance.

• Proficiency with platforms such as GA4, Looker Studio, Klaviyo/HubSpot, and CRM or email marketing tools.

• A strategic, proactive, and execution-focused mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• The ability to communicate fluently in German, both written and spoken (C1-C2).
