Who We Are

We’re building an AI-first LegalTech company where people focus on thinking, systems, and decision-making, and AI handles the bulk of the execution.

We work quickly, deploy often, and take a high degree of personal responsibility. No rigid hierarchy, no fixed roles, no waiting for approval. If something’s missing, we build it.

Mission

As Founder's Associate you work directly with the founding team on finance, legal, ops and special projects. You get a direct view of how an early-stage AI company works, and you make sure hands-on that everything runs and keeps moving.

Aufgaben

• Manage our CEO's communication: structure the inbox, prioritise incoming requests, prepare replies and handle routine correspondence independently.
• Keep calendar, follow-ups and open items organised so nothing falls through.
• Prepare and close out meetings: briefings beforehand, notes and action items afterwards.
• Help us build the operational foundation for our growth.
• Take on special projects, drive initiatives forward, coordinate stakeholders and keep everything on track.
• Support the finance side: maintaining reports, managing payment flows
• Help the growth team close new customers.
• Plan and organise internal and external events, and keep the office running.

Qualifikation

• Enrolled student, for example law, business administration, business law or communication studies. Other fields are welcome too.
• You write clearly, precisely and in the right tone, including when you're communicating on the CEO's behalf.
• You're completely discreet and reliable. You'll see sensitive information and treat it accordingly.
• You understand that the best strategies rest on a foundation of execution.
• You're an early adopter and proactively experiment with AI and automation tools to speed up your work.
• You enjoy solving problems and figuring out how things work on your own.
• You communicate at a business-fluent level in English and German.
