Strategic Projects Intern

Please note: We are a start-up with a German entity and founders originally from Berlin. However, we are now working on the US market from Latin America (in a hackerhouse in Sao Paulo). It is a hard requirement for us that you could join the hackerhouse (large Airbnbs) in person. Later we are planning to relocate to San Francisco.

Clera is a fast-growing AI start-up that is rethinking the way how top talents find their next dream jobs . We are working with some of the leading start-ups like Mintlify, Luminai and Windsurf, many in AI, all VC-backed.

We see a massive opportunity in automating the work of the $600B global headhunting industry.

We believe that the recruiting process needs to be talent-first to make it easy to get in touch with those companies, be coached in the journey and actually get hired.

Tasks

We’re experiencing rapid growth, with hundreds of exceptional candidates approaching us daily. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring these candidates enjoy an exceptional journey, connecting them to career-defining opportunities at some of the most elite startups globally. This is a mission-critical role.

You’ll directly impact our mission to make Clera the go-to platform for both ambitious talent seeking remarkable opportunities and leading companies hiring exceptional candidates. We’re looking for ambitious, driven overachievers ready to take ownership, drive initiatives, and shape the future of talent acquisition.

• You have worked in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments
• You are happy to get your hands dirty and work on whatever with the highest business impact
• You have some outstanding achievements - please tell us about them
• You are willing to join us in our hackerhouses in Latam - currently working from Medellín. In the next months we will relocate to SF
