Customer Engineer

About the Role

We're a fast-growing, seed-funded AI voice platform helping B2C businesses automate millions of customer calls through human-like AI agents. Our platform spans sales, support, and operational use cases — and we're looking for a Customer Engineer to join our technical customer-success team in Berlin.

In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of engineering and customer success — ensuring customers successfully deploy and get maximum value from our platform, while feeding real-world insights back into our product and engineering teams. You'll have direct, measurable impact on customer satisfaction and on how our technology evolves.

What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on technical guidance to customers deploying, configuring, and optimising our platform.

• Troubleshoot PostgreSQL-backed data workflows and frontend/backend code (TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python) alongside customers.

• Help customers design and refine prompting strategies and related AI workflows to unlock the full value of the platform.

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers, acting as their primary technical liaison into product and engineering.

• Gather, synthesise, and communicate customer feedback to drive product improvements and documentation updates.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 2+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrable business impact through written code.

• Solid familiarity with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Python .

• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL , including troubleshooting data workflows.

• Experience in a customer-facing role — you know how to listen, communicate clearly, and build credibility with technical stakeholders.

• Ability to guide customers through prompting, AI workflow design, and related problem-solving.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable bridging customer needs and engineering context.

Nice to have:

• Strong computer science fundamentals.

• Prior experience deploying or configuring SaaS or AI platforms for enterprise customers.

• Genuine interest in AI, LLMs, and voice technology.
