GASOLINA provides next-gen nutrition at the intersection of supplements and lifestyle products.
For our go-to-market, we are launching MAN IN A CAN - the world's first functional beverage optimised for men's health - in mid August. In doing so, we are creating an entirely new product category - with interest validated through +6,000 test persons.
We have high ambitions to become one of the relevant European lifestyle brands for the health-conscious & wellbeing-minded.

Don't see your exact role? Good - neither do we, yet. We're building a small founding team, and we'd rather shape a role around an exceptional person than force an exceptional person into a box . Tasks

• Pitch us the lane you'd own - and back it with stuff you've actually done
• Take end-to-end ownership of a core part of the business from day one; for example:
• → Brand & content - shape how we look, sound, and feel
• → Growth & community - make the brand spread
• → Ecom & performance marketing - sophisticate traffic, conversion, and retention
• → B2B & brand partnerships - get the product in front of the right audience
• → Ops & claude - oil the engines and build a backbone we can scale with

Requirements

• You're exceptional at something — and can prove it, not just claim it
• 1+ year full-time experience OR various high-impact internships at consumer brand or in high-performing environment (startup, consulting, VC, finance)
• Very good English & German
• Based in Berlin, Munich or willing to relocate
• Comfortable switching between analytical thinking and getting your hands dirty; finding joy in solving problem no matter how
• Profound passion & hunger to build a brand from the ground up and make it big
