Content Creative Lead (all genders)

As Content Creative Lead within our in-house agency, you will shape and elevate the creative output across all social channels, helping transform the client´s social channels into culturally attuned, entertainment destinations. You will translate cultural signals, platform trends, and brand strategy into compelling social-first ideas that live across short-form video, editorial formats, talent-led content, and daily rapid-turnaround executions.

You will work closely with the Social Media Director to define the creative vision, lead ideation, and ensure all work meets the highest standard of cultural fluency and craft. This is a senior, hands-on creative role: you will guide a multidisciplinary team of writers, editors, and designers while also developing ideas yourself.

You bring a deep understanding of how to create for TikTok and Instagram at speed without losing storytelling or brand voice. Your instinct for what will resonate with Gen Z and Millennial audiences is second nature.

YOUR MISSION:

• Lead creative development across all social activity: fast-turnaround “Newsroom” content, editorial formats, and larger brand “Campaign” moments
  
• Establish clear creative direction, standards, and a strong point of view that guides the wider team
  
• Translate cultural insights and trend signals into platform-native ideas with speed and clarity
  
• Guide concepting for talent-led social storytelling, ensuring originality in how talent is used
  
• Partner closely with production leads to brief shoots, define visual language, and ensure smooth end-to-end execution
  
• Support ideation for tentpole moments, ensuring content ladders into broader brand and cultural narratives
  
• Mentor mid-level creatives, providing feedback that sharpens thinking and elevates craft
  
• Uphold brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all content
  

YOUR SKILLS:

• 6+ years in social-first creative roles, with 2+ years leading a team of creatives across multiple disciplines such as concept, copy, art direction, editing and (motion)design
  
• Experience presenting to and working directly with senior-level clients; being solutions-driven and upbeat
  
• Experience developing ideas for high-volume daily social, as well as larger creative moments
  
• Strong instincts for youth culture, fashion, and entertainment storytelling.
  
• Ability to lead teams through fast-paced creative cycles while maintaining high standards
