We are on the lookout for an (Associate) Team Assistant - German Speaking (Fixed term, 6-month contract) to join the Assistant Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

As an (Associate) Team Assistant you will be a key part of our department, someone who brings joy and order to the workplace in equal measures and is excited about building strong working relationships with their stakeholders.

You’ll join a high performing team of 27 assistants who are responsible for providing exceptional support across the company. Our purpose is to increase the productivity of our teams and help contribute to accomplishing their business goals as well as improving departmental culture and process efficiency. You will be the magic maker who ensures your department is functioning at its best.

 

  • Assist in coordinating key events, including major leadership meetings, team offsites, and various summits and events as needed.

  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership on key projects, including tracking objectives and managing key initiatives, while playing a supportive role within the team.

  • Contribute to improving operational processes to enhance the efficiency of day-to-day activities.

  • Act as a cultural ambassador within the organization, leading efforts such as all-hands meetings, maintaining updated documentation, improving processes, and providing holiday coverage.

  • Manage travel arrangements, trip preparation, and expense reporting for senior leaders.

  • Enjoy solving problems big and small, while liaising confidently with external stakeholders in German.

Qualifications
  • You have gained a minimum of 1–2 years of work experience in team support or coordinator roles .

  • You have excellent communication skills and ensure that tact, discretion, and confidentiality are at the forefront of your interactions.

  • You are a fluent German speaker (B2 level or higher) , with first-class written communication skills in English .

  • You are customer-focused and solution-oriented, with exceptional attention to detail, resilience, and excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • You are a natural relationship builder with excellent stakeholder management skills.

  • You are a proactive, pragmatic, and personable individual who enjoys interacting with diverse groups of people.
