THE ROLE

We are looking for a new person to join our IT department adding some extra value. In this position, you’ll be responsible for supporting all employees with their daily IT requests, maintaining the office network, the company’s IT systems, and working on our self-defined Projects. As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for resolving any IT-related faults efficiently, including complex systems, and will also take over an important role in the IT department.

THE ONSITE IT TEAM

The Onsite IT Team is responsible for all topics regarding the office and employees. One of our main focuses is to support everyone so they can deliver good work.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Ensure day-to-day IT operations for our colleagues in Berlin, Zürich and remote work
• Make sure that our office network runs smoothly
• Assist with hardware problems and orders (incl. desktop/laptop systems, printers, phones)
• Maintain and improve Google Workspace infrastructure
• Define and document best practices
• Conduct onboarding for new joiners: You’ll make sure that our new employees will have a good start, feeling welcome since their very first day
• Manage Licenses and SaaS
• Create and maintain automations
• Taking care of daily IT requests and providing support for our employees
• Working on projects within the IT support area, while bringing in your own ideas to improve the whole IT experience

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant IT-related program
• Previous experience in IT Administration or similar
• Good knowledge of Windows and MacOS
• Understanding of networks and Wifi
• Hands-on experience in installing IT hardware and software
• Good communication skills and experience in supporting employees with IT problems
• Positive and self-motivated individual who can complete tasks independently while working well in a team and enjoys helping others naturally
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Bonus : Good in verbal and written German
