About the role 

As a  Working Student - Product Data & Analytics , you will support our RX Product Domain by helping Product Managers make data-driven decisions through analytics, reporting, experimentation, and AI-enabled insights . Working closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, UX Designers, and AI specialists, you will  analyse product and customer data , evaluate product performance , and contribute to the development of data-driven solutions that improve our products and customer experience . 

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Product Analytics within one of Europe's leading eHealth companies . You'll work in a collaborative, international, and agile environment where you'll learn from experienced colleagues, develop practical skills in analytics and AI , and make a meaningful impact while balancing your studies.

Job Description

About your tasks

• Analyze product and customer data to identify trends , opportunities , and actionable insights .
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau to monitor product performance and business KPIs .
• Support product experiments by preparing datasets , measuring outcomes , and evaluating feature performance .
• Collaborate with Product Managers , Software Engineers , UX Designers , and AI specialists to develop data-driven product improvements .
• Explore and apply AI tools , including Generative AI , to improve internal processes and customer experience .
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders .
• Document analyses , experiment results , and best practices to support continuous improvement .

Qualifications

About you 

You are curious, analytical, and eager to learn. You enjoy working with data, solving business problems, and collaborating with others to turn insights into better products. 

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• You have experience analyzing data through university projects, internships, or personal projects.

• You have strong analytical thinking with the ability to present data and communicate insights clearly.

• You have experience with Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau , as well as an understanding of KPIs and business metrics.

• You have an interest in AI technologies and practical experience using tools such as ChatGPT or other Generative AI applications.

• You have basic knowledge of Python and SQL is a plus, as is familiarity with Databricks , BigQuery , Jira , or Confluence .

• You have Fluent English skills and having German language is a plus
