Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of closing experience
  • Experience closing deals valued at $50,000+ within organizations of 100+ employees
  • Proven track record of success
  • Ability to prospect and generate 30–40% of your own pipeline
  • Ability to build your own book of business
  • Fluent German (C1 level or higher)
  • Fluent English

Job Responsibilities

  • Prospect, initiate, and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities in the DACH market
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations
  • Perform outbound activities to build revenue pipeline
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through closing
  • Target key decision-makers and determine buying readiness and timelines
  • Capture and manage information, data, and metrics in Salesforce CRM
  • Attend trade shows, events, and conferences
  • Network with market influencers, consultants, and partners
