Account Executive - SMB DACH (m/f/d)

Job Requirements
- 1+ years of closing experience
- Experience closing deals valued at $50,000+ within organizations of 100+ employees
- Proven track record of success
- Ability to prospect and generate 30–40% of your own pipeline
- Ability to build your own book of business
- Fluent German (C1 level or higher)
- Fluent English
Job Responsibilities
- Prospect, initiate, and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities in the DACH market
- Prepare and present product demonstrations
- Perform outbound activities to build revenue pipeline
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through closing
- Target key decision-makers and determine buying readiness and timelines
- Capture and manage information, data, and metrics in Salesforce CRM
- Attend trade shows, events, and conferences
- Network with market influencers, consultants, and partners
