Our open-source Python SDK runs 1,000,000+ times per month, it is in production at 70+ companies, we reached 12k+ GitHub stars and hit GitHub trending several times.

We recently raised a $7.5m seed round from Pebblebed Ventures in San Francisco, founded by the founding engineers of OpenAI and the Facebook AI Research Lab. We are now transitioning into a period of high growth and are looking for someone to create the vision we have for our customers starting with their first interaction with our website and cloud application. You’ll join a small, driven group of people who work closely together, support each other, and work towards the shared goal of building a generational AI infrastructure company.

Role Overview
The Growth Engineer supports Cognee’s design, product and growth teams and is responsible for user experience, usability across various integrations and for interacting with community on various social channels. Given the abstract nature of our product, your job will be to create tutorials, work on promoting Cognee on events and build demos that can easily bring value to the users on what we do.

What you’ll do:

Own the Growth Initiatives

• Develop and maintain the integrations
• Implement new features end-to-end
• Integrate backend APIs and services
• Ensure performance, scalability, and clean architecture
• Manage state, routing, authentication, and API flows
• Improve product based on feedback
• Be active on social media and help us promote Cognee
• SEO/GEO/Performance Marketing

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with modern frontend frameworks and deploying backend services
• Know how to build and deploy Python services (Docker, Modal)
• Familiarity with Agentic Frameworks like OpenClaw and Hermes
• Experience with LLM APIs
