Join us in shaping the future of healthcare through the power of Generative AI. As a GenAI Engineer at Abacus Medicine Group, you’ll turn cutting-edge AI technology into real impact, by automating processes, empowering teams, and driving innovation across the organization.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Design, build, and deploy Generative AI and NLP solutions that enhance business processes and personal productivity.
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, including document ingestion, embeddings, and vector search.
• Implement GenAI workflow automations and integrations (e.g., LangGraph, N8N, Azure AI Foundry).
• Prototype and test new use cases rapidly to identify high-value opportunities.
• Develop and manage prompt engineering strategies for production-grade applications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, data and platform engineers to deliver scalable and secure GenAI applications.
• Ensure responsible AI use in line with legal, compliance, and architecture standards.
• Stay up to date with the latest GenAI research, frameworks, and best practices.

About You:

You are passionate about applying the latest AI advancements to real-world challenges. You combine deep technical skills with creativity and curiosity, and you thrive in a collaborative environment.

We imagine that you bring:

• Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, Hugging Face) and traditional NLP techniques.
• Strong competencies in prompt engineering and vector databases.
• Advanced Python skills for prototyping and scalable implementation.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks like LangGraph, N8N, or Azure AI Foundry.
• Proven ability to design and deploy GenAI applications in cloud environments (Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI).
• Understanding of secure and responsible AI principles.

It’s a plus if you also have:

• Experience with Azure, Databricks, or other cloud-native AI services.
• Background in NLP, machine learning, or software engineering.
• Familiarity with observability tools for GenAI systems.
