Operations Manager (f/m/d)

Nox is aiming to become the best alternative to short-haul flights by soon offering premium overnight trains across Europe. With a radically redesigned interior and onboard experience, people travel in style, saving time being asleep. We now search for the most passionate and talented people out there to bring the first of many more Nox trains on the tracks.

As an Operations Manager (f/m/d) , you will launch and run our first line end-to-end—turning concepts into reality, managing partners, and delivering on commercial and operational KPIs while building and leading your own team.

Tasks

• Run the first line: Bring our first train on the tracks managing multiple partners and bring your own concepts to reality
• Think from scratch: You will co-lead the first operational base with the management team and will be responsible for defining and meeting commercial and operational KPIs on the first line
• Build and lead your team: After the groundwork is done, hire, lead and develop an operational team who makes Nox the most loved travel brand in Europe

Requirements

• You have around 3+ years in Operations Management, General Management, product / market launches or similar experience
• You are a strong executor who strictly prioritises on what matters most, without losing the bigger picture
• You use relevant data to base strategic decisions on, while mixing it with a confident “business gut feeling”
• Professional experience in leading people and/or large projects is a plus
• German proficiency of C2, Fluent in English, every other language is a plus
