Join us with your ideas and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our procurement services!
As Officer Procurement Services, you take responsibility for end to end operational purchasing activities and ensure reliable supply for BASF companies across Europe.

• You play an active role: you implement and adhere to BASF procurement guidelines by executing numerous Purchase-to-Pay activities.
• In collaboration with our internal stakeholders, you process purchase orders according to defined procedures.
• Assuring timely deliveries and handling non-conformities are part of your daily tasks.
• In doing so, you are responsible for maintining contract and supplier master data in our procurement systems.
• In this context, you act as central operational contact for procurement-related questions from internal customers, suppliers, strategic buyers and finance colleagues.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• Bachelor's degree in business, commerce or a comparable field; completed vocational training is also welcome
• initial professional experience in a business or operational environment; experience in procurement or Purchase to Pay processes is a clear advantage
• genuine interest in operational procurement processes and motivation to develop within this functional area
• fluent French and English; Dutch and/or German are a plus
• confidence in working with IT systems; experience with SAP or procurement tools is beneficial
• a structured, reliable working style combined with a strong service mindset
