FP&A Manager
YOUR CHALLENGE:
As an FP&A Manager at Blacklane, you will enable better decision-making through clear financial reporting, high-quality analysis, and strong business partnership across the organization. You will work closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to turn data into insight, support planning and performance management, and help drive business results.
You will:
- Deliver financial analysis that supports leadership decision-making, performance reviews, and business planning
- Partner closely with stakeholders across Finance and the business to understand performance drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Support month-end, forecast, budget, and long-range planning processes with high-quality analysis and insights
- Translate financial and operational data into actionable recommendations for business teams and leadership
- Help improve planning, reporting, and analytical processes to increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability
- Contribute to ad hoc projects, business cases, and strategic analyses as Blacklane continues to grow
ABOUT YOU:
You have:
- 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical finance role
- Experience with both internal and external reporting
- Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Proven ability to act as a business partner and work effectively with non-finance stakeholders
- Experience working with large datasets and turning them into clear insights and recommendations
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Experience with BI or planning tools, such as Workday Adaptive Planning, is a plus
- A structured, detail-oriented, and proactive way of working
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain financial topics clearly to different audiences
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in a scaling, international environment
- Exposure to board, investor, or management reporting processes
