(Senior) Marketplace Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a (Senior) Marketplace Manager, you will lead the strategic and operational growth of our multiple Amazon accounts (which are among the biggest seller accounts worldwide) and other key marketplaces like eBay, Rakuten, and FNAC. You will be responsible for marketplace performance across multiple countries, ensuring account health, operational stability and compliance. Using your expertise in Seller Central and data-driven tools, you will scale our operations, manage risks, and develop smart solutions like fraud detection workflows and risk calculators.

You bring strong analytical thinking, a hands-on mindset, the ability to align cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Legal, Logistics) and to liaise with your marketplace counterparts.

Your mission

• Own and optimize performance of major marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Rakuten, FNAC)
• Safeguard account health and seller metrics through proactive risk management
• Expand our marketplace presence across Europe and support new market launches
• Ensure compliance with evolving regulations (e.g. EPR, GPSR, VTR) across multiple countries
• Together with our tech teams leverage AI-driven tools to automate and scale operations
• Develop internal tools like fraud detection workflows and risk calculators

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in a relevant role with deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and hands-on marketplace operations
• Proven success in account protection and performance management across multiple countries and platforms (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Rakuten, FNAC, BOL)
• Strong expertise in compliance and the ability to adapt to evolving regulations such as EPR, GPSR, and VTR
• Skilled in optimizing key performance indicators like delivery times, defect rates, and seller ratings
• Ability to develop operational tools to boost efficiency and resilience
• certifications in Amazon Marketplace, E-Commerce compliance, or Digital Marketing are a strong plus
• Fluency in English is required; German and/or French skills are a plus
