SCM Domain Lead - ERP (f/m/x)

What you’ll do

Enpal is building the next generation of its ERP landscape, moving from traditional D365 F&O workflows toward an AI-driven operating model where agents execute across the full supply chain, from demand signal to logistics routing to invoice matching. The vision: a Supply Chain Management domain that runs with minimal manual intervention, governed by design and continuously improved by people who understand both the business and the system.

As SCM Domain Process Architect, you are the senior process authority for Enpal's entire Supply Chain Management domain. You own the end-to-end process architecture across Demand-to-Order, Procure-to-Pay, and Supply Chain Execution and you steer the agentic transformation of all three. You set the standards that Process Architects and Analysts work within, act as the primary bridge between SCM business leadership and ERP Tech, and represent SCM in the highest-level governance forums.

DOMAIN ARCHITECTURE & AGENTIC DESIGN

• Own the E2E SCM process architecture across D2O, P2P, and SCE, ensuring consistency, standardization, and scalability across the full system landscape

• Define the agentic operating model for the SCM domain: which workflows are AI-led, which are co-led, and which remain human-led and govern the boundaries between them

• Establish and enforce process design standards, ERP configuration principles, and cross-system integration guidelines across the SCM domain

• Ensure that the clean D365 core is the system of record for all SCM processes and that agentic extensions are built within clean-core guardrails

PROGRAM LEADERSHIP & GOVERNANCE

• Act as Program Manager for complex SCM ERP transformation initiatives, owning scope, timeline, stakeholder alignment, and delivery governance

• Lead process discovery and gap analysis across the SCM domain; translate findings into structured, prioritized initiatives with clear scope and delivery plan

• Own the SCM ERP roadmap and ensure it reflects business priorities, dependencies, and Tech capacity

• Represent SCM ERP in cross-functional governance forums, design authority reviews, and steering committees up to C-level

• Drive cross-functional alignment across Business, ERP Tech, Solution Architecture, and adjacent system owners (Salesforce, CraftOS, Onventis, 3PL systems)

TEAM LEADERSHIP & STANDARDS

• Mentor and guide Process Architects and Analysts within the SCM domain, setting quality standards for process documentation, BRD writing, and KPI monitoring

• Ensure that process documentation produced by the SCM squad is structured, versioned, and machine-readable, ready to serve as the knowledge layer for AI agents

• Validate agent output across SCM domains against business intent; escalate where agent behavior deviates from defined guardrails

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience owning E2E SCM process architecture across D2O, P2P, and SCE domains in a complex ERP environment

• Hands-on experience with D365 F&O SCM modules or comparable depth in SAP SCM

• Track record of leading large-scale SCM transformation programs with stakeholder management up to COO level

• Strong understanding of WMS, 3PL, and adjacent system integration patterns

• Experience working in or designing AI-native operating models — you understand how to define business intents for autonomous agents and govern their execution

• Ability to operate at both strategic and operational level: from C-level steering to hands-on process design review

• Fluent in English; German is a plus
