Today, FOMO (fearofmissingout) is designed to create social permission to connect in the tech & creator ecosystem by providing access to the best events in town and organizing curated and exclusive gatherings in your city.

FOMO Berlin is looking for 3 motivated and creative interns (student / unpaid internship) to join our team! The duration will be 3-6 months. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment that blends art, culture, and technology.

🎈 FOMO Event Collaborator

• Jump into event planning and coordination.
• Provide hands-on support during events.
• Play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of FOMO gatherings.
• Be the hero behind the scenes, contributing to event success.

🪐 FOMO Growth Master / Business Developer

• Get creative to grow our newsletter audience.
• Build partnerships with community leaders and brands.
• Set up engaging collaborations with conferences and event organizers.
• Acquire new paid sponsorships and extend your professional network in Berlin or Munich.

🎨 FOMO Content King

• Create fun and engaging content for TikTok and Instagram.
• Don’t shy away from the camera—interview people and be the face of our content.
• Experiment with new formats and have the skills to edit videos on the go (phone or camera).

🎨 FOMO Branding Expert

• Design and produce engaging content for our social media.
• Lead the creative process from brainstorming to execution, managing your own projects.
• Spot digital trends and discover new ways to boost our brand awareness.

🖋 FOMO Writer

• Support our newsletter with your passion for writing.
• Research and share the best events, cafes, and dining spots in the city.

Requirements

🗣 About you

• You’re comfortable with — not just tolerant of — change and uncertainty.
• You operate with transparency. You need to be able to explain your thought process and how you’re weighing each decision.
• Tech- and social media savvy
• Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive "can-do" attitude
• You are fluent in English
• Work experience in a startup, agency or comparable fast-paced working environment is a plus

🛣 About the process

Here’s what to expect:

1. You apply 💪
2. Initial interview with Cephas our CEO & Founder (30 min.)
3. A very small take-home assignment to get a feeling of your thought process (approx. 1hr)
4. 2nd. interview with Call with Cephas to discuss and explore your thought process.
5. We will get back to you with an answer very quickly! ✌️
6. If you like us and we like you, we will come together 👯‍♀️👯‍♂️ and build something great!
