Senior Product Manager (f/m/d)

Your mission

As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with a cross functional team to develop and evolve our social network, nebenan.de .

• Take end to end ownership of a product area, from problem discovery to solution delivery and impact measurement.
• Define, drive and continuously refine an outcome oriented data-driven product roadmap aligned with company OKRs.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to deeply understand customer needs and translate them into clear product opportunities.
• Make data driven decisions by defining success metrics, evaluating impact and iterating based on learnings.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities while maintaining our user-centric approach.
• Act as a strong product leader within the team by fostering experimentation, clear prioritization and continuous improvement.

Your profile

• A degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management with responsibility for complex product areas.
• Experience in user-centered design and agile methodologies, with a focus on balancing business goals and user satisfaction.
• High analytical skills and confidence working with data to inform decisions and measure success.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a knack for aligning diverse teams around shared goals.
• Passionate about creating meaningful connections in urban communities while driving sustainable business growth.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment with a hands on and ownership driven attitude.
