Project Cybersecurity Manager (f/m/d)

Your Role:

As a Project Engineering Manager you will Organize and manage Cybersecurity ac ti vi ti es during Project (contractexecu ti on) or Program (internal development).

Your Challenges:

• Analyse Project / Program security needs (including laws and local regula ti ons), determine securityobjec ti ves and main security risks strategy
• Plan security ac ti vi ti es within development life cycle, es ti mate costs and dura ti on, their impacts related toproject program execu ti on, Iden ti fy training needs
• Is responsible for Cost / Quality / Delay of Project/Program Cybersecurity deliverables, as needed per Project/ program context: Cybersecurity context, and Cybersecurity Risk Analysis
• Cybersecurity Architecture de fi ni ti on and requirement alloca ti on
• Cascading of requirement to suppliers, Manage Third Par ti es Risks
• Applica ti on of Cybersecurity Assurance Level
• De fi ni ti on of Cybersecurity Opera ti ng Procedures
• Evalua ti on of the Project/Program achieved Cybersecurity level
• Provide support during technical design mee ti ngs for cybersecurity ac ti vi ti es
• Obtain agreement from Project/Program/Customer about on the set of security measures to beimplemented
• Manage vulnerabili ti es and Cybersecurity issues and ac ti ons plan
• Manage Program / Project Cybersecurity related communica ti on
• Report on Program / Project Cybersecurity status
• In case of external Cybersecurity audit, manage the rela ti onship with auditors Establish lessons learned
• Promo ti ng the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct

Quali fi ca ti ons:

• University/ Engineer in degree level
• Experience with direct responsibility for hands on architecture, design, development
• Experience related to Cybersecurity in general, deployment experience of security technologies
• QCD Management
• Knowledge of main Cybersecurity standards and regula ti ons, such as: ISO 2700X, EN 62443, TS50701 , NIS
• Methods of Cybersecurity risk analysis
• Dynamic, autonomous. Crea ti vity and ability to work in a complex environment
