Trainer - SAP ABAP Development (Part-time)

Commitment: 10 Hours per Week with fixed timeslots for workshops
This role is hired by Startupistan Germany, partner of StartSteps.

Through our SAP Developer Associate Scholarship presented by Startupistan program, we offer scholarships for individuals to complete a 4 month program. We are seeking a trainer to support the scholarship recipients during this program. The curriculum for the program is already set and underway.

Commitment: Weekly: 10 hours maximum per week including prep and delivery of 2 one hour workshops per week (identical content in each workshop), office hour booking slots, and communication with students.

As part of the curriculum, the students will complete both certificates:
-SAP Certified Associate - Back-End Developer - ABAP Cloud
-SAP Certified Associate - Backend Developer - SAP Cloud Application Programming Model

The majority of the content is self-led learning (through Coursera and SAP My Learning Hub courses), so the workshops serve to support the content delivery with practical overviews and demonstrations.

Tasks

• Train and support the students in weekly sessions.
• Craft engaging and interactive workshop materials, including slides, to support effective learning and mastery of SAP ABAP on the Student My Learning Hub.
• Work in harmony with our Program Manager to communicate well and strive to provide a unified and enriching educational experience and a well-rounded learning journey for all participants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP, with expertise in ABAP.
• Proven track record as a trainer is a must.
• Experience in workshop development within the SAP ecosystem.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Strong team player, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Adaptive and responsive to feedback, with the ability to adapt to evolving program requirements.
