Your Role

We are seeking an Optical Specialist (m/f/d) to enhance our team with your optical expertise and make our location the go-to spot in your city!

What You Will Contribute

• Lead internal training sessions on optical topics using state-of-the-art technology.
• Provide expert advice to customers and support your colleagues with optical inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to lead the team effectively.
• Conduct refractions and ensure that all procedures are performed to standard.
• Manage all technical equipment and provide valuable insights to store management.

What You Bring

• Relevant experience in refraction and/or contact lens fitting.
• Completed training as an Optical Specialist (m/f/d).
• A communication talent with a positive energy that excites customers about our products.
• A team player who works collaboratively to achieve company goals.
