b2venture's Operations team is looking for a Fund Operations Analyst (m/f/d) to support the operational, IR, legal backbone of our investment activity – across transactions, portfolio management, reporting, and ESG.

Aufgaben

Your role

You'll work at the intersection of our investment, legal, and operations workstreams. Your role combines reliable day-to-day execution across transactions, portfolio management, and investor reporting with a continuous focus on how we can leverage automation and AI to scale our operations. To succeed in this role you will take ownership of the following tasks:

• Transaction support - reviewing transaction documents and guiding the Investment Teams through the transaction process, including coordination with AIFM and external service providers.
• Corporate housekeeping - preparing board resolutions, coordinating board meeting documentation, maintaining shareholder registers and onboarding records (incl. KYC for investors and portfolio companies).
• Be a primary point of contact - for investors, portfolio companies and external service providers on operational matters.
• Drive portfolio reporting & ESG - collecting, validating, and structuring portfolio data (financial KPIs and ESG metrics) as part of our "single source of truth" - and turning it into clean reporting for investors and management.
• Help build an AI-native ops function - beyond executing established processes, you will actively shape them. Working directly with our Product & Tech team, you will implement new workflows to enhance the efficiency and precision of our operations.

Qualifikation

Your profile

• Your background combines business and legal thinking – whether through a degree in Business Law ( Wirtschaftsrecht ), Business Administration with a legal focus, Law, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in transaction management, portfolio controlling or fund administration, e.g. with a VC/PE fund, another investment company, law firm or a Big 4 / auditing company.
• Confident, professional presence with investors and portfolio companies, commitment to providing them with a first-class experience.
• You are a detail-oriented perfectionist with the ability to multitask, prioritize and execute projects diligently.
• You are genuinely tech-savvy.
• You are a team player with a strong work ethic, humility, can-do attitude, and a collaborative mindset.
• You are fluent in spoken and written German and English.
