To support this growth, we are looking for a dedicated Business Development Manager (f/m/d) for the French market to join our Business Development team.

What you can do with us:

• Identification, acquisition, and development of potential B2B clients with the aim of establishing long-term and solid business relationships with focus on the French market.
• Taking on projects in the area of sales/business development.
• You will be the point of contact for our new clients, thereby actively contributing to the success of the team.
• Conducting market and trend analyses and providing proactive support in the further development of the business model and business development.
• Preparing pitches and presentations.
• Representing PAIR Finance at trade fairs, exhibitions, and other events.

What you should bring for it:

• Initial professional experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in FinTech, InsureTech, debt collection, or LegalTech.
• The ability to drive revenue growth and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical affinity, enabling you to explain our technology-based service to leads and potential clients.
• An existing network in B2C-focused industries, which you can leverage to open doors and accelerate pipeline is a plus.
• Very good MS Office skills and enjoyment of working with new technologies such as AI.
• Excellent written and spoken French and English skills are required. Knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, Italian or German would be an advantage.
