Customer Service Representative / Data entry specialist
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative/Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team in Berlin. In this role, you will communicate with customers through phone, email, and online channels, helping them with questions, requests, and general support. You will represent the company professionally and ensure that customers receive friendly, accurate, and timely assistance.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and follow up on outstanding issues.
Record customer interactions and maintain accurate information in company systems.
Work closely with other departments to resolve customer concerns.
Follow company procedures and maintain a high standard of customer service.
Requirements:
Good written and spoken German and English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer and digital communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.
