Concession Manager (KaDeWe, Berlin)

About the role

Lounge is excited to be opening a concession inside KaDeWe, Berlin and we are looking for a Concession Manager to lead it day to day. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on customer service, great standards, and strong trading. You will work closely with KaDeWe teams on the floor and with Lounge HQ to make sure the concession is always customer ready and brand aligned.

What you will do

Customer service and community

• Lead from the floor and deliver a warm, high service experience every day

• Build relationships with customers and handle questions or issues quickly and professionally

• Champion Lounge values and represent the brand confidently within KaDeWe

• Deliver expert bra fittings and coach the team to the same standard

Sales and performance

• Drive daily sales performance by creating a confident and supportive selling culture

• Track key KPIs such as sales, conversion, AOV, UPT and customer feedback, then act on what you see

• Share customer insights and product feedback with management to improve trading and stock decisions

Concession operations

• Run the concession day to day, keeping routines, standards and a calm organised environment

• Manage stock processes including deliveries, replenishment, stockroom organisation and accuracy checks

• Work with KaDeWe stakeholders on any day to day operational needs, ensuring we follow concession processes

• Keep the concession safe and compliant, escalating incidents or risks promptly

People leadership

• Lead, coach and support a small team, setting clear expectations and role modelling great service

• Support recruitment and onboarding with HQ, ensuring training is completed and standards are understood

• Help plan rotas and daily coverage based on trading needs and KaDeWe requirements

Visual standards and brand presentation

• Maintain Lounge visual standards, including cleanliness, product presentation and VM updates

• Support launches and promotional moments, coordinating with KaDeWe where needed

What we are looking for

• Experience in retail leadership, for example supervisor, team leader, or assistant manager level

• Fluent German and English

• A strong customer service mindset and confidence selling on the shop floor

• Comfortable with stock operations and keeping accurate records

• Great communication skills and a positive, practical approach to problem solving

Eligibility and availability

• Right to work in Germany

• Able to travel to KaDeWe, Berlin

• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holidays

• Interviews will be held in English
