AI Creative (100% Remote) (all genders)

At magier, we believe there are great Designers all around the world. That's why we're building a global remote team of first-class Designers delivering design and Webflow work for leading Startups, Scaleups and Mittelstand companies across Europe.

For a monthly fee, our customers work directly with our team on a wide range of projects: web design, Webflow builds, ad creatives, social media content, illustrations and much more.

Generative AI is changing how all of that gets made. We don't want to bolt it on - we want it built into how we work. That's where you come in.

As our AI Creative , you are the go-to person for AI in our day-to-day design process. You'll test tools, build workflows, produce work with them, and make sure the rest of the team can do the same. This is a hands-on maker role, not a research role: you'll be shipping client work and improving how it gets made at the same time.

What you'll do

• Generate and refine visual concepts with AI tools (image generation, video, text-to-design, layout automation)

• Build, document and roll out AI workflows that improve quality, speed and creative range across the design team

• Integrate AI-assisted assets into client projects without compromising brand integrity or craft

• Act as internal enabler: run experiments, share prompts and results, train designers, keep the team current

• Work with Designers, Project Managers and clients to turn briefs into finished visual work

• Evaluate new tools critically — know which ones earn a place in our stack and which don't

• Connect design decisions to the client's strategic and brand goals

️ Requirements

• Three years minimum of proven experience as a full-time or freelance Designer (Graphic, UI/UX or Motion)

• Excellent portfolio with recent work examples, showing strong conceptual and visual craft

• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Higgsfield, Runway, Nano Banana, Firefly, Sora, Veo) and a real point of view on where they help and where they don't

• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; Webflow experience is a plus

• Proper understanding of marketing, website design, social media content, and ads

• Ability to work methodically on more than one assignment at a time and respect deadlines

• Ability to manage the entire design project lifecycle from concept to delivery

• An eye for accuracy, detail, and quality control

• Proficient English skills (written and speaking)

• A collaborative, ego-free approach - you teach as much as you build
