(Senior) Product Manager (m/w/d)
At GALVANY , our goal is to make climate-neutral living a reality for everyone. We focus on execution – developing concrete, smart solutions and making heat pumps, battery storage, and smart metering easy to access, reliable, and affordable. GALVANY-Tech drives the energy transition through software. We're building an AI-based Operating System for sales, planning, installation and operation of heat pumps and integrated energy systems – from single-family homes to multi-unit buildings, and across our Energy Community as a Virtual Power Plant.

The Role
As Product Manager at GALVANY, you'll define and execute the product strategy for our customer app. You'll shape features that make energy management engaging and intuitive for homeowners – turning complex systems into products people actually want to use.
Responsibilities:
Own vision and roadmap for your product area – discover, translate, prioritize, and deliver.
Deeply understand customer needs through interviews, data analysis, and collaboration with Sales and Support.
Measure success, orchestrate sprints and releases, and navigate the four product risks (customer value, usability, feasibility, business value).
Design engagement loops and incentives that make the product sticky and valuable.
Support go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Requirements
Experience. 5+ years of experience in high-performance environments (e.g. fast-scaling startups). Demonstrable end-to-end responsibility in software development is a plus.
Track Record. Proven end-to-end responsibility in product development. From ideation to release.
Background. Strong background in relevant fields, e.g. Business, Design, Communication, Computer Science, or similar.
Technical Skills. Agile thinking, hands-on mentality, willingness to take responsibility. Fluent in German and English.
Mindset. Self-driven problem-solving mindset – no need for micromanagement or specific tickets.
Technical Aptitude. Technical mindset with a passion for understanding systems, data flows, and integrations, coupled with enthusiasm for continuous learning and problem solving.
Language. Fluent in English (C1); German (B1).
