Tasks

🎯 Your impact

• Own pipeline generation end-to-end , with a strong focus on high-volume outbound, top-of-funnel execution, and daily cold calls
• Build leverage through execution , using hands-on sales work as the foundation for future leadership responsibility
• Use sales as a learning system to deeply understand customer pain points, market dynamics, and product positioning
• Continuously refine ICPs, messaging, and outreach based on real customer interactions and feedback loops
• Gradually take ownership of discovery, demos, and closing as you grow, while pipeline generation remains your core strength
