The Role

You'll have the opportunity to be part of a young, fast-growing company and play a key role in shaping its operational and financial success. Working closely with the Chief of Staff, you'll gain hands-on experience with high-impact projects that drive efficiency, scalability, and growth.

Your responsibilities will include financial analysis, cash flow management, process optimization, and operational strategy. At the same time, you'll develop a broad and deep understanding of the consulting market and startup operations. This is a unique chance to contribute meaningfully to disrupting a multi-billion-dollar industry while gaining invaluable insights into the inner workings of a successful company.

Tasks

You will work on topics such as...

• Operational Excellence: Optimize processes related to finance and operations, driving efficiency and scalability across the organization.
• Accounting Management: Take ownership of accounting, including cash flow management, budget optimization, and ensuring timely payment collections.
• Revenue Growth: Develop financial strategies to boost revenue and streamline operational workflows.
• Execution and Collaboration: Identify and execute opportunities for financial and operational improvement, working closely with other teams to bring impactful initiatives to life.

Requirements

Your Profile

• Strong academic performance (consistently ranked in the top 25% of your class)
• Previous experience in finance, accounting, or operations is a plus.
• Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in German is a plus.
• Strong skills in Excel and basic coding knowledge are a big plus.
