Internship Business Development (w/m/d) 2026

As of now, are looking for you as an Intern Business Development (f/m/d) for DB International Operations located in Berlin.

Your tasks:

• Embedded in a dynamic team, drive business development by scouting, analyzing and developing exciting mobility projects around the globe
• Identify new project opportunities and partners, monitor project-related news and assist in technological, commercial and political evaluations
• Explore new countries and railway markets to enter into
• Get to know and contribute to other company departments, e.g. corporate development, communications/ PR, bidding, mobilization depending on your skill and interest
• You will learn from your day-to-day interactions with team members across various functions and experience corporate and start-up culture in one company as well as the intersect of the private and public sector

Dein Profil:

Your profile:

• You are a student of business, management, economics or similar, and currently enrolled or in your gap year between Bachelor and Master
• You have excellent analytical and conceptual competence, as well as first experience in the field of business development and/or strategy, preferably in an international environment and/or in mobility
• You enjoy working in the dynamic environment of a growing company where you can make an impact and make use of your entrepreneurial and inquisitive spirit
• You know how to prioritize and manage your time efficiently and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent spoken and written English (C1) is a requirement, German is preferred, any additional language is a plus. In addition you have excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
• You are highly structured and detail-oriented while clearly seeing the big picture
