Talent Acquisition Manager (m/w/d)

getolo is growing, and we need someone who can keep up. We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Manager (m/w/d) to join our Recruiting team, and play a key role in hiring top talent as getolo transitions from start-up to scale-up. This role’s primary focus will be on end-to-end hiring for our Sales team (German market). This is a full-time (40 hours/week) hybrid position (1-2 days per week in our Berlin office), requiring full professional fluency in both German and English.

• Drive the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse candidate pool
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process
• Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and making job offers
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to hiring
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, previous experience in Sales recruitment is a plus
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and other HR tools
• Full professional fluency (C1+) in both German and English
