The role
You will play a key role in supporting our programs and projects by bringing structure, clarity, and data-informed insights. Your work will help teams make better decisions, monitor progress more effectively, and reduce complexity across the organization.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, drive project/program management activities, and introduce data-driven ways of working to improve transparency, accountability, and business outcomes.
What You Will Do
Support day-to-day program and project management activities (planning, tracking, documentation, status reporting)
Develop simple dashboards/reports to visualize progress, risks, and key metrics
Coordinate meetings, milestones, and cross-team alignment forums
Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce friction
Assist in event-driven initiatives such as workshops, reviews, or strategy sessions
Enable a more data-informed culture by improving how teams collect, organize, and interpret information
What You Bring
2–4 years of experience in PMO, project management, business analysis, product operations, or innovation
Ability to organize complex information, structure workflows, and support execution
Experience with Agile methods and cross-team collaboration
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident working with diverse stakeholders
Comfortable working with data (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools) and creating clear visualizations
Ability to create concise presentations and written materials for leadership
A proactive, structured, and self-organized working style, combined with a “can-do” mindset
Fluency in English; German is a plus but not required
