Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Gardener role based in Berlin. The Gardener will maintain and care for outdoor areas, including lawns, flower beds, shrubs, and trees, ensuring they are healthy, safe, and visually appealing. Daily tasks include planting, pruning, mowing, weeding, watering, fertilizing, and seasonal preparation of gardens and landscaped areas. The role also involves operating gardening tools and machinery, assisting with minor landscape improvements, and following safety and environmental guidelines. The Gardener will work as part of a team, coordinating with supervisors and clients to deliver high-quality garden and landscaping services.
Qualifications

• Strong practical skills in Landscape Maintenance and Gardening, with experience caring for diverse plants and outdoor areas.
• Knowledge of Landscaping and Garden Design to support the creation and improvement of attractive, functional green spaces.
• Experience with Irrigation systems, including watering techniques and basic maintenance of equipment.
• Ability to safely use common gardening tools and machinery (e.g., mowers, trimmers, hedge cutters).
• Basic understanding of plant care, soil types, fertilizers, and pest control methods.
• Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant vocational training or work experience in gardening, landscaping, or a related field is highly beneficial.
• Basic communication skills in English or German to coordinate tasks and follow instructions.
