Product Manager (m/f/x)

We are looking for a dynamic and result driven Product Manager (m/f/x) to support the development and optimization of the operational systems behind our co-ownership offering. In this role, you will work closely with product leads, operations and engineering to help improve how we acquire, launch, manage and operate vacation properties through technology. You’ll help shape key platform features and processes that ensure a smooth and scalable customer experience.

Tasks

Platform Development Support:

• Drive the enhancement of MYNE’s core platform and Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration across all business functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, scope, and prioritize platform improvements and Salesforce-related initiatives that align with business needs.
• Ensure smooth workflows and intuitive interfaces for internal users, partners, and customers.

Product Execution:

• Define and refine product requirements for platform and back office features and Salesforce processes.
• Work closely with design, engineering, and Salesforce experts to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.
• Manage product initiatives and projects end-to-end – from ideation to launch and iteration.

Operational Process Optimization:

• Analyze existing workflows in Salesforce and other systems to uncover inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Translate operational pain points into technical and process improvements that drive efficiency.
• Support the implementation of AI, automation, and no-code solutions to streamline processes.

Data and KPIs:

• Leverage Salesforce data and analytics tools to drive product decisions.
• Define success metrics, track KPIs, and evaluate the impact of new features.
• Build reporting and dashboard capabilities to empower stakeholders with actionable insights.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Act as a bridge between operations, acquisition, asset management, engineering, and Salesforce teams.
• Ensure transparent communication of product priorities, progress, and outcomes.
  Facilitate stakeholder alignment across functions and leadership.

Requirements

• Product Management Experience: 2+ years in product management or in a product-related role, ideally in tech-enabled services, platforms or operationally complex environments like real estate, prop tech or hospitality.
• Salesforce Expertise: Strong experience working with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related modules). Bonus if you’ve managed Salesforce integration projects.
• Execution Focus: Proactive, structured, and impact-driven way of working.
• Automation Experience: Proficiency in utilizing AI, no-code tools, and software to enhance automation levels.
• Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with data to make informed decisions. Familiarity with tools like Excel, SQL, Looker or GA is a plus.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
• Strategic Thinking: Expertise in developing and executing growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Technical Proficiency: You enjoy working with tech teams and learning about tools like APIs and automation platforms (e.g. no-code tools).
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication in English and German.
