Working Student Asset & Investment Management

We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our Acquisitions & Asset Management team in Berlin. The ideal candidate is proactive, a quick-learner, adaptable, and enjoys working in a team – with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to take on responsibility in a bottom-up-led company.

Aufgaben

• Support team members in acquisitions, asset management, and cross-functional strategic projects
• Prepare investor reporting documents and meetings
• Participate end-to-end in the acquisition of new properties, from screening to closing, as we scale our platform
• Build and maintain financial models and underwriting cases for new investments
• Take ownership of workstreams with direct visibility to management and investors

Qualifikation

• Enrolled student in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field
• First practical experience in Consulting, Private Equity, and/or real estate or other related industry is a strong plus
• Strong financial modelling skills and solid understanding of corporate finance (NOI, IRR, returns, etc.)
• Interest in real estate & investment
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
• Genuine interest in real estate and investing, with a structured and detail-oriented way of working
• Fluent in English; preference for German-speakers but not necessary
