E-Commerce Cloud Solution Architect (f/m/x)

YOUR JOB

As a Composable Commerce Solution Architect and member of a team of Consultants and Solution Architects, you will be responsible for managing the content of the conceptual processes in the area of E-Commerce. You will also configure solutions according to the specific requirements of our customers.

Your job’s key responsibilities are:

Leading the solution design activities of our presales process by conducting customer workshops and solution demonstrations

Providing in-depth technical knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud platform and complementary Customer Experience products (SAP and none-SAP)

Evaluating client needs (business and technical) and recommending modular solutions by integrating with other composable modules (e.g. CMS, Search, OMS, PIM)

Developing accurate project scopes, timelines, and cost estimations

Planning and implementing high-level and detailed concepts (big-picture, solution alignment) with our partner solutions

Collaborating with development teams and clients to gather and refine requirements

Advising our customers on project-specific topics with a focus on best-practices, standards and trends in composable commerce and SAP Commerce Cloud

Building and maintaining customer relationships to drive client satisfaction and build long-term partnerships

Continuous training on product developments and updates and completing corresponding certifications

YOUR SKILLS

3+ years of professional experience with SAP Commerce Cloud or other composable commerce architectures

3+ years of professional experience in applying technical solutions and designing system architectures

Excellent communication skills in German (C2 level) and English (at least C1 level)

Demonstrating strong self-organization skills with the ability to manage timelines and prioritize tasks

Knowledge of key web technologies (GDPR, SEO, Analytics, Security, Caching, etc.) integration methods (e.g. REST APIs) and data modeling

Enjoy working on conceptual and analytical tasks

Open, communicative, and balanced personality who enjoys giving presentations

Strong intercultural skills and willingness to travel (approx. 20% of working time)
