Marketing Project Manager - Western EU
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, translating client requests into actionable tasks.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing and creative projects from start to finish.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage social, creative, and strategy teams to execute integrated campaigns across social media and community platforms.
- Monitor social performance and community engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Track project performance and deliver regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify potential issues, manage risks, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for project progress, budgets, and deliverables.
- Foster a positive and productive working relationship with clients and stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and alignment.
- English fluency is a must. Mandarin, French, or German are a plus.
- BA/BS from an accredited university in Marketing or a related discipline
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, campaign planning, and performance tracking.
- Proven ability to manage contractors, freelancers, and external vendors effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp) and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus
- Collaborative and proactive with a "solution-first" mindset.
- Adept at building strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing, and digital community engagement.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapting to evolving client needs.
