About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Take ownership of the development, maintenance, and optimization of integrations across enterprise systems.
• Drive integration initiatives that expand Climatiq’s platform reach, including marketplaces, API connectors, and iPaaS tools.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, customer success, and sales teams to gather requirements and build impactful integrations.
• Design and implement scalable, robust, and maintainable integration strategies.
• Help shape Climatiq’s integration roadmap and contribute to long-term strategy and innovation.

This role is part of the Engineering team, reporting directly to the CTO. You’ll work closely with product and cross-functional teams to ensure Climatiq’s integrations support customer needs and business growth.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on application integration experience with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects.
• Strong programming and data skills, including proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with iPaaS tools (e.g., Workato, Mulesoft, Boomi, Tray.io) and building integrations across enterprise systems (Salesforce, SAP, Workday, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in ETL/ELT pipelines, data transformation, and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Structured, outcome-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment.
• (Bonus) Experience with marketplace integrations and developer ecosystems.

• Location: Berlin or Remote within +/- 2 hours of CET timezone
• Starting date: As soon as possible
• Hours: Full-time, flexible working hours
