Community & Growth Paid Internship (Full-Time, Berlin)

Pengu is an IP-based AI character that lives between you and your real friends - you can raise it together, play games, chat, and watch it live its own life. Pengu has become the biggest AI character app with its own IP in the US. We have also launched a new AI social product in stealth that is already seeing outstanding adoption.

Tasks

You’ll work on building and scaling our community to millions of users: driving organic growth through Discord, TikTok, and Instagram, creating content that resonates, managing hundreds of creators, and acquiring new ones to expand our reach.

You’ll shape the voice of our community in the EU-market from day one and have ownership across channels, campaigns, and creator partnerships.

Requirements

• Having product sense is great.
• Deep understanding of social media culture: TikTok, Instagram, and Discord are second nature to you.
• Experience building and growing online communities.
• Experience managing and activating creators or influencers at scale.
• Experience driving organic growth through content, campaigns, and partnerships.
• Strong ability to sell the vision. Convincing creators, partners, and users to join and stay engaged.
• Must be enrolled in a program that requires a mandatory internship .
• Fluency in English is required.
