About the opportunity

We are on the lookout for a Senior Director, International Markets - Q-Commerce Performance & Transformation (all genders)  to join the International Markets team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

In the International Markets Team, you’ll contribute to high-impact projects that drive value, support profitability, and unlock growth opportunities on a global scale. Working closely with regional and central leadership, your work will directly influence how we prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and execute strategies that keep us ahead.

Your mission: 

• Strategic Advisory & Execution: Serve as a central advisor to global and regional executive teams, providing high-level business analysis and hands-on support for operational execution.

• Revenue Acceleration Levers: Identify and scale frameworks to unlock the full monetization potential of the customer base, deepening penetration into advertising and media segments.

• Operational Improvement & Efficiency: Deep-dive into levers to optimize store utilization, delivery density and our fleet to directly reduce Cost Per Order (CPO).

• Global Benchmarking & Best Practices: Establish "what good looks like" by comparing performance across diverse geographies to extract and industrialize top-performing "ways of working" globally.

• Transformation Roadmap Leadership: Move beyond strategy into heavy-lifting execution, organizing teams to move complex intervention projects from local pilots to global scale.

• Executive Stakeholder Influence: Act as a critical partner to senior leadership and Country COOs, building consensus across diverse cultures to align on large-scale change initiatives.

• Performance Accountability: Own the "Performance Delta" by utilizing multiple data sources to provide senior management with the strategic clarity and business cases needed to move key KPIs.

• Navigating Ambiguity: Distill complex, decentralized problems into simple, actionable steps, providing clear direction for local entities in high-pressure environments.

• Team Leadership & Interim Management: Lead and coach a core team of specialists while remaining prepared to take on interim leadership responsibilities within local or global functions as needed.practices from different countries

What you need to be successful

• You gained at least 10+ years of professional experience (not counting internships) in a top-tier management consulting and/or industry leader (preferably retail / consumer / eCommerce / internet / technology industries)

• You are advanced in business analysis and modeling, while possessing a hands-on mentality, strong bias for action and impact oriented attitude

• You are fluent in English, other languages are a plus

• You are highly independent and have self starter mindset

• You are motivated and communicative, very energetic, agile and solution oriented in handling business challenges, while always remaining humble

• You possess high analytical thinking skills 

• You are comfortable with limited travel
