Senior Manager, International Finance

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Senior Manager, International Finance to join the Finance team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Be part of the team ensuring Delivery Hero’s financial stability and growth. In the Finance & Investor Relations Team, you’ll provide the insights and analysis that guide our business decisions, helping us meet our financial goals and earn investor confidence. From reporting to strategic planning, your work will have a direct impact on Delivery Hero’s ability to innovate, expand, and deliver outstanding experiences to our customers.

In the International Finance team you’ll serve as business partner to the Regional finance teams as well as International Business teams by supporting them with timely, accurate and insightful financial reporting. With co-coordination and preparation of monthly performance reviews, annual budgets, forecasts and long term business plans, you’ll provide insights towards actual performance versus solely planning.

• Support and continuously improve the preparation of the monthly close under IFRS and Management Reporting.
• Be prepared to discuss and present the financial forecast and analytics to an audience of senior leaders.
• Help drive strategic planning with Regional leaders to support business growth, profitability and Free Cash Flows.
• Provide thought leadership behind improving and automating existing data models and business intelligence efforts supporting growth.
• Be the subject matter expert for your respective business line, segment and related performance analytics; understand and analyze related trends (P&L, balance-sheet, Free-Cash-flow as well as non-financial KPIs).
• Collaborate with other International Finance colleagues to drive best practices and efficiency improvements as well as coach, manage and help develop your direct reports.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant finance experience with increasing levels of responsibility, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
• Demonstrated excellence in financial analysis and financial model building. Hands-on with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
• Proven ability to manage a team, build relationships and communicate with peers, team members, executive management and other critical stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills, with high level of initiative and ownership in a fast-paced environment
• P&L and Balance Sheet management and/or analysis experience.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to work with a high degree of autonomy.
